Após aromas fugazes de rosa, óleo de laranja e açafrão, o bouquet torna-se mais quente, dominado por frutos vermelhos – framboesa e cereja – seguidos de toques sombrios de cassis e figo. A doçura acaba por triunfar, com notas de pão de gengibre e alcaçuz.
