El Vino Tinto Quinta do Portal Auru 2019 se macera en pequeños molinos a temperatura controlada de 26-28ºC y utilizando técnicas de gravedad para mover uva/mosto/vino. Este vino único, de producción muy limitada, resulta de un coupage del habitual Touriga Nacional. , Tinta Roriz y Touriga Francesa, que luego se vinifica en pequeños molinos que nos permiten un acercamiento muy íntimo al proceso, respetando al máximo la fruta, realizando una extracción muy suave.
Violeta
En boca revela una fuerte personalidad, con un final expresivo y lascivamente prolongado.
Notas de fruta negra, florales evidentes y una ligera nota picante.
