Diplomático Ambassador Rum ist ein exquisiter Rum, der aus den besten Rumreserven der Brennerei hergestellt wird. Nach einer mindestens zwölfjährigen Reifung in Fässern aus Weißeiche, bis die ideale Reife erreicht ist, reift der Rum weitere zwei Jahre in Sherryfässern von Pedro Ximénez, was zum komplexen sensorischen Profil des Ambassador beiträgt. Dieser unvergleichliche Rum hat Aromen, die an Portwein, Trockenfrüchte und Zigarrenkisten erinnern. Im Mund ist er komplex mit Noten von Zimt, Muskatnuss und geröstetem Eichenholz, die zu einem langen und angenehmen Nachgeschmack führen.
