Batuta Rot Wine 2018 ist ein Wein aus zwei alten Weinbergen mit unterschiedlichen Höhen und Ausrichtungen. Nach einer sorgfältigen Auswahl im Weinberg folgt eine weitere Auswahl am Auswahltisch in unserem Weingut, gefolgt von einer sehr sanften Weinbereitung mit Mazerationen bis zum Äußersten, wobei jedes Detail berücksichtigt wird, um einen komplexen, präzisen und eleganten Wein zu erhalten.
Lebendiges und konzentriertes Rubin
Im Mund fein und elegant, mit sehr guter Säure, die die Tanninstruktur unterstützt. Obwohl er jung ist, beeindruckt er durch seine Präzision und Tiefe. Sehr feiner, langer und verführerischer Nachgeschmack
Sehr strenges, komplexes und großzügiges Aroma mit Noten von Waldfrüchten. Leicht blumig und mit einem sehr ausgeprägten mineralischen Charakter, mit eleganten und diskreten Holznoten.
