Ex libris de la Quinta da Boavista, el Vinha do El oratorio está formado por terrazas altas y curvas, orientadas al noroeste. Los viñedos, una mezcla de más de 25 variedades de uva del Duero, tienen casi siglos de antigüedad. La uva fermenta en lagares de granito con pisado y luego el vino envejece en barricas de roble francés durante 18 meses.
