Vinificación de Ruinart Rosé Brut Champagne: Vendimia manual. La fermentación se realiza en depósitos de acero inoxidable con temperatura regulada. Para vino tinto, maceración corta y extracción ligera. Fermentación maloláctica completa.Composición: Coupage elaborado con una base de Chardonnay y Pinot Noir, mayoritariamente clasificados como Premiers Crus con un 20/25% procedente de reservas de los 2 años anteriores. 45% de viñedos Chardonnay, Côte des Blancs y Montagne de Reims, 55% de Pinot Noir proviene de los viñedos Montagne de Reims y Vallée de la Marne, del cual entre el 18 y el 19% se elabora vino tinto.
Rosa granada con muy ligeros reflejos anaranjados
En boca el sabor inmediato es distinto y completo, lleno de una suave efervescencia. Los aromas de las bayas recién recogidas quedan plenamente expuestos. Este equilibrio reúne un agradable frescor y un cuerpo voluptuoso, que se expresa en un elegante toque de menta y pomelo rosa.
En nariz, sutil y fresco, ofrece en primer lugar una paleta original de frutas tropicales (guayaba y lichi) y pequeñas bayas (frambuesas, cerezas y fresas silvestres). Le siguen notas de rosa y granada que completan este perfil de sabor complejo e intenso, dominado por aromas primarios, sin sofisticación.
