Batuta Vino Tinto 2018 è un vino proveniente da due vecchi vigneti con altitudini ed esposizioni diverse. Dopo un'attenta scelta in vigna, segue un'altra selezione al tavolo di cernita della nostra cantina seguita da una vinificazione molto delicata con macerazioni portate al limite, dove ogni dettaglio è curato per ottenere un vino complesso, preciso ed elegante.
Rubino vivo e concentrato
In bocca fine ed elegante, con un'ottima acidità che sostiene la struttura tannica. Nonostante sia giovane, impressiona per la sua precisione e profondità. Retrogusto molto fine, lungo e seducente
Profumo molto austero, complesso e generoso con note di frutti di bosco. Leggermente floreale e dal carattere minerale molto ben definito, con note di legno eleganti e discrete.
