A livello di qualità entry-level per i vini Real Companhia Velha, Evel mantiene una solida reputazione da molti anni. Il vino Evel è prodotto da vigneti situati nelle famose Quinta do Casal da Granja e Quinta do Cidrô, situate rispettivamente nei comuni di Alijó e S. João da Pesqueira. Vinificazione del vino Tinto Evel Reserva 2020: Prodotto da appezzamenti di vecchi vigneti. la fermentazione avviene in tini di acciaio inox, con controllo della temperatura. Tutto il vino matura per 12 mesi in botti nuove di rovere francese, a Vila Nova de Gaia.

Molto corposo, armonico, rotondo con ricordi di frutta nera e legno ben integrati, che termina con un finale molto lungo, coronato da un'ottima acidità.
Aromi varietali, come note di frutta rossa molto matura complessate con sentori di vaniglia del legno
