Dopo la prima pigiatura soffice, le uve contengono ancora dal 10 al 15% di succo. Abbiamo lasciato macerare queste uve per 7 giorni e poi pigiate nuovamente ed estratto altro mosto, più concentrato. Questo succo è stato fermentato spontaneamente. Il risultato è sconcertante, indisciplinato, dirompente, inquietante... in un modo davvero delizioso. Non è un film, è un vino. È la nostra Arancia Meccanica, poiché la vita a volte esercita una pressione angosciante che cerchiamo solo di sopportare. Qui trasferiamo la pressione meccanica sulle bucce, il che è un modo molto salutare di affrontare la situazione.

Attacco pieno, super strutturato nel mezzo della degustazione, dolce, ma con molta freschezza.
naso molto esuberante, note di arancia candita, un po' di mela cotogna, quasi tocchi di vendemmia tardiva.
