This sultry wine was created by Eng. Martins da Costa, by partial fermentation of red grape must, which was then aged by brandy. This was followed by a period of aging in wine-treated wooden containers, lasting more than 10 years, and in a cement vat, for more than 35 years. It was bottled in 2015.
Amber
It has moderate sweetness and a great taste balance. In the mouth it is almost eternal.
Very complex, with notes of dried fruits, balsamic, ethereal and spices.
